This is a Valentine’s brunch with a purpose. You get a full sit-down menu, drinks, and a surprise dessert, and every ticket directly supports real refuge and real healing for animals and humans living with trauma. If you have been looking for a way to celebrate Valentine’s Day that actually means something, this is it. All ticket sales benefit Cotton Branch Refuge Project, a 501(c)(3) tax-deductible organization. (We are keeping this brunch fully plant-forward, and on Valentine’s Day in the Midlands, that is super rare ❤️‍🔥.)

Tahini-Kissed Avocado Toast 💋
Toasted bread topped with smashed avocado, a bright squeeze of lemon, and a smooth tahini drizzle. Finished with pickled onions for a tangy bite, plus sesame seeds or chili flakes if you want a little extra pop.

Main Entree
Lovebird Brunch Plate 🐦
Fluffy pancakes served with warm apple cinnamon compote syrup, plus creamy grits made with plant-forward butter and cream. Rounded out with plant-forward sausages and fresh fruit for that sweet and savory balance.

Dessert
Chef’s Surprise Dessert, by Misty 🍰
A surprise sweet treat from local baker Misty, who has worked with multiple local restaurants and knows how to bring a dessert to life. We cannot wait for everyone to taste what she’s making for brunch.
