💜 Doesn’t Anybody Hear? — My Story. Our Mission.

"Tell me why no one ever listens,
why does it seem they don't care,
when we hear the people cry,
why don't we wonder why,
doesn't anybody hear?"

I wrote those words when I was just seven years old.
Even then, I could feel the weight of a world that didn’t always listen to the ones who needed help most.

Years later, I found myself living in that silence —
sleeping in motels, living out of vehicles, working three jobs to keep my children safe, fed, and moving forward.
I know what it’s like to fall through the cracks. I know what it’s like to keep going anyway.

That’s why I founded KII Cornerstone Community — to answer that question with action.

We’re here to listen.
To build.
To bring dignity back to the lives of veterans, families, and individuals who deserve so much more than survival.
