WHO WE ARE

Student leaders working to adapt all aspects of the university community to improve students' academic and personal development.

SAFAR recognizes that the epidemic of artificial intelligence cheating allegations at LSU exposes a new need to make education relevant for the times we find ourselves in. Students are checking out because of the now widely-held view of college coursework as futile for real-world application.

As students, we possess an invaluable perspective in driving the development of a new university concept that is both exciting for university attendees and self-evidently necessary for navigating the 21st century world of social media and now, AI. The rapid developments of these technologies have already radically changed our society for better and for worse, and we need coming generations to be prepared adequately to reap its benefits and overcome its challenges.

WHY ARE WE ASKING FOR DONATIONS?

We do as much as we can without funding from others and organization members often dedicate their own financial resources because they are dedicated to the cause of university reform for the Age of AI. However, in order to better broadcast our message, we are requesting donations from forward-thinking citizens who believe in our cause so we can better broadcast our message in-person and via social media so we can:

Launch new chapters at universities across the USA
Establish a base of operations
Continue to fund our podcast
Expand our social media campaigns
Purchase materials for campus outreach
