Mission

We are the Louisiana State University chapter of the Student Alliance for AI Reform. We advocate for pro-student AI policy at Louisiana universities, educate the public, and enable LSU students to organize the Baton Rouge and wider Louisiana community for reform that ensures AI benefits all.

Unchecked AI on Campus
We work to ensure students at every Louisiana university, starting with LSU A&M in Baton Rouge, are free from the unfair consequences of unchecked AI, such as false cheating accusations or being denied scholarships due to biased models.

Knowledge is Power
We help to educate the general public on AI issues and on how to use AI responsibly so everyday people are empowered to make their own informed decisions.

Students Driving Change
Starting with Baton Rouge, we will launch a state network of university chapters that organize their communities for AI reform centered on public welfare.

WHY WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT

We do as much as we can without funding from others and organization members often dedicate their own financial resources because they are dedicated to the cause of reform for the Age of AI. However, we are requesting donations from forward-thinking citizens so we can:

Launch new chapters at universities across Louisiana
Establish a base of operations in Baton Rouge
Expand our social media campaigns
Purchase materials for campus outreach
