Every spring, our doors open to the most vulnerable animals imaginable — neonatal kittens, some just hours old, born into a world without their moms. They can't eat on their own. They can't regulate their own body temperature. Without intervention in the first few hours of life, they don't survive.

That's where you come in.

This kitten season, Little Traverse Bay Humane Society is launching a campaign to make sure no kitten slips through the cracks because we didn't have the right tools.

We're raising $3,200 to do two things:

🌡️ Purchase a neonatal incubator — a temperature-controlled safe haven for fragile newborns who can't warm themselves, giving them the critical stability they need to fight for their lives.

🧡 Build 6 Kitten Foster Kits — stocked with heating disks, kitten milk replacer, bottles, and syringes, so our fosters walk in the door ready to save lives from day one.

These aren't luxury items. They are the difference between life and death for kittens that weigh less than a stick of butter.

Kitten season is already here. The calls are already coming in. We can't wait — and neither can they.
