We deliver hands-on career training paired with wraparound supportive services, creating pathways to family-supporting careers in high-growth industries across New York City. Through strong employer partnerships, apprenticeships, and a participant-centered approach, OBT has empowered more than 60,000 individuals to achieve economic stability and mobility.
