LVF Membership Dues for Solopreneurs with a brick & mortar location and small businesses with 1-5 employees is $120 for the year. 

You can choose to pay monthly, quarterly, or annually. Dues will be automatically processed according to your selection, and recurring payments can be paused or canceled at any time.
