Help us fund the next wave of changemakers!
Imagine this: A youth leader in Kenya reviving monthly dialogues that rebuild trust between young people and government leaders. A mother in Trinidad & Tobago using theatre to create safe, expressive spaces for children with autism. A psychologist in Bangladesh holding space for caregivers of terminally ill patients, offering them the tools to breathe again.
These are real projects led by alumni of the Community Solutions Program (CSP) who returned home after the program with the passion and vision to drive meaningful change.
Across 93 countries, CSP fellows are quietly doing some of the hardest work in the world: strengthening communities, holding hope in dark places, and fighting for systems to do better.
But passion alone isn't enough.
Too many fellows return home to limited funding, isolation, emotionally demanding work, and bureaucratic barriers. Their momentum stalls. Life gets heavy. The change they set out to make slows—sometimes stops.
That’s why we started the Leading Well Network Small Grants Program: to walk alongside CSP alumni as they take their next step.
We want to fuel people. The kind of people who turn courage into change.
Our Goal
We’re raising $50,000 to fund 6–10 alumni-led projects in 2026. Each grant ($5,000–$8,000) will help a fellow pilot something bold or deepen something proven: from trauma healing initiatives to youth civic engagement, economic empowerment, inclusive education, and more.
Every project is a seed. This fund helps it grow.
Why This Matters
We believe in backing leaders who are already doing the work. Who’ve earned trust in their communities. Who are moving mountains with very little.
Beyond funding, each recipient will be paired with a mentor and offered technical support if challenges arise, because we don’t just want them to be funded, we want them to succeed.
How You Can Help
Whether you’re a CSP alum, a past host, or simply someone who believes in the power of grassroots leadership, you can help us make this possible.
CSP alumni are building the civic backbone of their communities.
They are the ones holding space for dialogue, mobilizing neighbors, mentoring youth, and pushing institutions to be more just and inclusive. This is the quiet, essential infrastructure of healthy democracies and it doesn’t build itself.
Let’s invest in the people who are doing that work. Not just during the fellowship, but long after it ends.
Give now. Help us strengthen the civic fabric of communities around the world, one project, one leader at a time.
