The National Organization of Italian American Women Greater New York Region is happy to share the news about "Italian Idol". The traditional singing contest among Wagner College students, now at its twenty-first edition, is back. In celebration of the Italian Heritage month, and in memory of Licia Albanese, contestants will compete singing an Italian song or aria in front of an audience and a panel of judges drawn from the professional music community of New York City. Attendance is free, but registration is required. Special guest seating is reserved for NOIAW members.
