Organization Overview: Baltimore B.R.A.T.Z. (Brilliant, Resilient, Ambitious, Tenacious, Zealous) is a youth mentorship initiative founded by Shaniyah Graham. The program is rooted in providing positive spaces for adolescent girls (ages 11–18) in Baltimore, especially those affected by trauma, social injustice, and adverse childhood experiences.

Mission & Vision: To empower young women through arts, wellness, and academic enrichment. The program aims to transform pain into purpose by supporting girls in developing emotional intelligence, cultural competence, and resilience.

Program Components:

Mentorship: Restorative practices, youth conferences, and community service
Creative Arts: Dance, music, theater, cosmetology, culinary arts
Wellness Support: Grief counseling, psychiatric rehabilitation, drug prevention
Academic Enrichment: Tutoring, test prep, project-based learning

Measurable Outcomes:

20% improvement in academics and school attendance
Positive testimonials from families, schools, and students
Long-term goals include higher graduation and post-secondary enrollment rates

Future Vision: The "BRATZ Clubhouse" will serve as a community anchor near 6 CSI schools, offering afterschool programming, life skills training, sports, and mentorship.
