2025 Texas South Plains Honor Flight Telethon

The Texas South Plains Honor Flight takes veterans from the World War II, Korean and Vietnam eras to Washington, D.C. on an all-expense paid 3-day trip to see the museums, memorials and sites dedicated to honoring their service and sacrifices.

We charter a Southwest Airlines flight, and visit the World War II, Korean, and Vietnam Memorials.  We lay wreathes at each of these locations.  We also visit the US Marine Corps War Memorial, US Air Force Memorial, US Navy Memorial and lay at wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

The trip concludes with a warm West Texas reception at the Lubbock airport by family, friends , and local citizens wanting to thank these veterans for their service.

The Texas South Plains Honor Flight is an all-volunteer 100 percent donation driven organization that works all year to raise the $250,000 that is needed to sponsor the event.  And we plan to go on 2 trips for 2026!

As always, this trip is only possible due to the generous donations of businesses, organizations, and of course, our area residents.  Thank you for your continued support.
