BLAC PAC is a multifaceted, nonpartisan publicly funded 501C (4) nonprofit dedicated to amplifying the voices of Black, Latino, Asian, and Caucasian communities. Through strategic scaling, diverse fundraising, brand awareness, and community engagement, we aim to foster political empowerment and unity.

In this organization, BLAC PAC, the voice of every community matter, whether they are Black, Asian, Latino, or Caucasian. We believe that we must continuously expand our reach to underrepresented areas from all walks of life to drive true unity. Though fundamentally each culture is different, we have more that binds us than that divides us as a human race. BLAC PAC aims to be the safe haven to explore solutions amongst ALL PEOPLE for the betterment of their overall wellbeing while helping individuals develop leadership/mental discipline skills for self-efficiency. In the next three to five years, we will manage to bring more people into our community, which will allow us to empower them in their mental, physical, and spiritual welfare. We intend to utilize many strategies to get us closer to this goal.

We have divided our plan into key sectors: scaling, fundraising, brand awareness, marketing approaches, community uplift events, political support, financial sustainability, and evaluation. Each of these sectors will be critical in ensuring that we move closer to providing more representation of the voices of these diverse groups.

Regarding scaling, we intend to expand our reach by targeting new potential regions not yet represented in the country through targeted outreach programs. We will also work towards including more board members from regions and communities that are not well represented, which will allow us to penetrate these geographical regions. Expanding will also require us to spend more on new staff members to reach our goals.

We will also work on fundraising, comprising different tactics like donations from well-wishers, applying for grants from government and non-government agencies, and looking for private parties interested in supporting our course. Another element is brand awareness, which we intend to do through organizing events and utilizing social media platforms to reach younger generations.

Another focus will be to curate our marketing messages in such a way that they gain reception among our audiences. We will use partners, media outlets, and community outreach programs to spread our message of empowerment. We will also use community events like outreach programs and workshops to educate our members on political engagement, bringing us closer to expanding our current reach.

Another important area is to evaluate the politicians we endorse based on their appropriateness and then mobilize our communities to rally them for support. Besides, we will ensure that we efficiently manage our existing financial base and also work towards expanding our current source of income through event hosting, which will enable us to support our new expansion endeavors.
