Join the California Homebuilding Foundation and CBIA Professional Women in Building as we support the next generation of homebuilders through workforce development and scholarship opportunity.

The California Homebuilding Foundation contributes a minimum of $12,500 for each incoming BITA school in support of students through OSHA 10 certifications, work-ready grants, post-secondary education and training scholarships, field trip transportation and tools and materials for the classroom.

Your participation and sponsorships directly empower women, people of color, and students from all backgrounds who are pursuing careers in this field. 

• Punch List Sponsor $5,000 – Provides tools and materials for one classroom
• The 2x4 Sponsor $3,500 – Provides OSHA 10 Certification for one-hundred students 
• Shovel Shooter Sponsor $2,000 – Provides two scholarships for graduates pursuing secondary training
• Screwdriver Sponsor $1,500 – Provides three work-ready grants for graduates entering the workforce
• Muddy Boot Sponsor $500 – Provides transportation for a job site visit
