By registering for this event, all participants (including those minors in legal custody of a participating adult) acknowledge that there can be personal risks and as such waive and absolve organizers, hosts/property owners of all liability.  2. All minors must have parental consent. Minors under the age of 14 must have adult supervision.        3. All parking is onsite at the location of the event in a designated area.   4. Check-in begins at 6:00am.        5. There is a mandatory pre-race briefing for all participants at 7:45am at which time the course will be revealed and safety factors will be discussed. Participants must follow the designated course and stay within the marked boundaries  6. The race starts at 8:00am with a cutoff time of 10:30am. The Afterparty begins at 8:45am with opportunities for breakfast beginning at 9:00am at Dillon’s and onsite vendors.   7. This event is not a competition. Good sportsmanship and respect for fellow participants, volunteers, and spectators expected. Safety Regulations:  1. Medical personnel will be on standby at a first aid station.  2. Hydration stations with minor medical supplies will be available along the route.  3. Weather Policy: Adverse weather conditions may result in delays or rescheduling.        4. Volunteers will be onsite for registration, hydration stations, and course marshaling.        Environmental Guidelines:  1. Participants are expected to dispose of waste properly.  2. Participants must stay on the designated courses.        3. Participants must not approach any hazards on the courses, such as: snakes, lizards, spiders, scorpions, cacti, loose rocks, etc. Post-Race:  1. All participants will receive a finisher medal upon completion.        2. All participants are strongly encouraged to join in the afterparty with fellow patriots and build momentum for the General Election to build momentum for the MAGA movement and getting out the vote! No refunds for the event come rain or shine.
