Mad Cat Wage Fund

This campaign is raising money for a Wage Fund that will allow us to compensate the dedicated people working to help community cats.

Trap–Neuter–Return (TNR) is the most humane and effective way to reduce outdoor cat populations and improve the lives of community cats. But the work behind TNR is demanding and time-consuming.

It takes people willing to:

- Trap cats safely and humanely
- Transport them to spay/neuter clinics
- Coordinate surgeries and recovery
- Return cats to their colonies
- Support caretakers and neighborhoods

For years, much of this work has relied on unpaid labor and burnout-level volunteering.

Our goal is to change that.

By building a dedicated wage fund, we can begin compensating trained community cat advocates so this work becomes sustainable, consistent, and scalable.
