Ryan (Screenwriter) Raffaele (Director), and Grayson (Producer) met on the musical love story They Call It Gravy We Call It Sauce in 2017, a NY/NJ stage production highlighting the differences between Jewish and Italian culture. Ryan and Raffaele played 'Rabbi's' to Grayson's 'Jewish Father,' and there was more than a little Improv happening between them every night.

Little did they know they would collaborate on the 2022 Feature Film Vortex: A Film Anthology (Available on TUBI, Apple TV, and Amazon Prime) shortly thereafter. Filmed during the heart of the pandemic, with over 60 cast & crew, Vortex proved this trifecta could cross the finish line on a modest budget, without losing performance/production quality.

The team also collaborated in 2023 on the award-winning Short Film Initiative, about a group of four long-time Dungeons and Dragons players and friends who take on similar roles in a mental institution, blurring the line between which is the actual reality.

Ryan takes center stage as CARLTON TAYLOR, our reluctant hero, while Grayson steps into the role of MAJOR, CARLETON'S childhood companion who disappeared over 30 years ago due to a traumatic house fire that stripped Carlton of his entire family. 'Raff,' will be at the helm as well as stepping into the supporting role of SPENCER, the closest thing Carlton has to a guy-friend, with a secret agenda.
