We've made it through our first year of operating as a community focused event space. We now need to purchase 3630 Telegraph Ave outright. This means raising capital to cover the down payment and have funds on hand for operations.

If we can successfully purchase the building, we will have established a permanent space in Oakland for Healing, Art, Education, and Radical Transformation

The purchase price is $3,000,000, and our annual operating expenses range from $300,000 to $420,000 including utilities, insurance, supplies, contractors, maintenance, and rent/mortgage.
