Support Elijah Manley for Congress and the Alliance for American Leadership

The Alliance for American Leadership is rebuilding political support for humanitarian aid and USAID. We’re doing that by organizing on over 80 college campuses across America, and building a real alternative to Charlie Kirk’s Turning Point USA.

Over the last year, the Alliance for American Leadership has:

  • Started chapters on 80 college campuses

  • Recruited 1,000+ volunteers across all 50 states

  • Held 750+ meetings with Members of Congress and their staff

  • Supported James Walkinshaw in his successful run for Congress

  • Been featured in Florida Politics and ABC News

And this is just the beginning. By the midterms, we’re on track to recruit 10,000 volunteers to elect leaders like Elijah Manley and champion lifesaving public health, anti-poverty, and foreign aid programs that keep America strong at home and respected abroad.

About Me

My name is Asher Moss and I’m the Executive Director of the Alliance for American Leadership. I started off on the staff of Thomas Witkop’s congressional campaign. And here’s what I know to be true: when you see a 25-year-old run for Congress, it fundamentally changes what you believe is possible. It did for me.

That’s why I’m convinced we can build a real alternative to Turning Point - one grounded in progressive values and an unapologetic commitment to humanitarian leadership.

We’ve already launched chapters on more than 80 college campuses, and now I’m traveling across the country to organize events at as many of them as possible. From Harvard to Georgia Tech, DePaul, Tufts, and Duke, I’ve planned events across the country - and by May, the travel alone will be exhausting.

But movements don’t grow on conviction alone. From travel and event costs, to printing materials and t-shirts, to getting out the vote and bringing college students to Capitol Hill, everything we do requires resources.

Why Humanitarian Aid?
Since the Trump Administration dismantled USAID’s humanitarian programs, more than 600,000 people have lost their lives. These cuts also hit home. USAID once purchased crops grown by American farmers and delivered them to starving children around the world. Today, both farmers and children have been left without support. And as America steps back, our competitors are stepping in: China and others are rapidly expanding their foreign aid footprints, filling the vacuum we created and reshaping global influence to their advantage.

Young people understand these stakes - and they want America to do the right thing. Our platform, centered on restoring these essential programs, has brought countless young Americans into the political process, including many first-time voters who had lost faith that politics could deliver real results.
