Merry Makers Club was founded in 1926, and out of that group, socializing for change, they understood their investment to support diverse students in higher education would help create a more equitable system to level the playing field. The Merry Makers Foundation is dedicated to creating opportunities for aspiring students to pursue higher education and unlock their full potential. We believe that education is the key to breaking barriers and building a brighter future. To mark the Merry Makers Centennial, they have launched the March to a Million College Scholarship Campaign to provide financial support to deserving individuals, ensuring that they have the resources they need to excel academically and achieve their dreams. Since the inception of our scholarship program in 1979, Merry Makers Foundation has successfully donated more than $320,000 and empowered 154 students to pursue their higher education goals with endowments at OSU (1991) and CSCC (2002). Our scholarship recipients have gone on to make significant contributions in their respective fields, becoming leaders, innovators, and advocates for positive change in their communities.
