The Muslim American Society of Arizona chapter was established in the 1990s. We opened our first office in 2005, and within one year we had outgrown the small 600-square-ft office and transitioned into a bigger space of approximately 2500 square ft. Again, we outgrew that facility and finally found a home that we would own when we purchased the MAS Community and Youth Center, Masjid Essalaam. Masjid Essalaam was established in 2007 and has been serving the community ever since. In addition to running the masjid, MAS has been serving the community with activities all over the East Valley with picnics, family and youth camps, soccer training, qiyams, youth trips, the Know Your Deen competition, and many more programs, activities and projects. We hope that you will contribute to our campaign and with your support, the work that has been going on for more than a quarter of a century in the valley shall continue and we can see more of our youth leading the Muslims of the Valley.
