Every day in Oneida County, perfectly good food is discarded while families, seniors, veterans, and children struggle with food insecurity. ResQ2Feed exists to change that.

Inspired by Christ's call to feed the hungry and by the biblical principle of faithful stewardship, ResQ2Feed uses innovative technology to connect surplus food from local businesses with trained volunteers who deliver it directly to community organizations serving our neighbors in need.

In our first year, together we have:

Recovered 161,642 pounds of wholesome food
Completed more than 1,000 food rescues
Delivered 44,995 pounds of fresh fruits and vegetables
Prevented thousands of meals from being lost to landfills while providing hope to our community

These life-changing rescues are only possible because of the behind-the-scenes systems that coordinate every donation, every volunteer, and every delivery.

That's why we've launched the Matthew 25 Founders Circle.

Our goal is to recruit 50 faithful partners who will commit to giving $20 per month to underwrite the essential operating expenses that keep ResQ2Feed running every day.
