Hi! My name is Matt Fogarty and I am representing the Boston Police Runners Club in the 2025 Boston Marathon, raising money for a cause near and dear to my heart, Cancer Can't.

If you are unfamiliar with Cancer Can't, it is a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit that was founded to bring together a community of people who are passionate about helping those living with or recovering from cancer. Both my wife and I, including our three boys, Colin, Matthew and Ethan, have been a part of this foundation since the beginning.

In early 2021, I was diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma, and it absolutely rocked our world. The support we received from the community, friends and family was incredible and redirects us back to why we continue this important mission.

With your support, our team provides financial assistance and support to patients and families affected by this disease. The fight I fought, along with those who are currently battling, will keep me going throughout my 26.2 miles. Thank you for your support!
