Add to Calendar 2023-08-18 15:00:00 2023-08-18 18:00:00 America/New_York Maui Fire Relief Concert Fundraiser Maui is going through the worst natural disaster in its history. Devastating fires have ravaged through the island and the community is suffering. Stevie Lujan, a Maui born-and-raised, Brooklyn-based artist, is hosting the Maui Fire Relief Benefit Concert at Brooklyn Peace Center. Stevie, who has helped to launch Peace Café, a social enterprise coffee shop at BPC, says he’s “…desperate to rally the NYC community to send aloha, kokua, love, hope, funds, and resources back to my beloved community.” Stevie is gathering a few his friends to play a benefit concert to support the work of Maui Mutual Aid Fund. One-hundred percent of ticket sales and donations for this event will go to Maui Mutual Aid Fund, also called Grants Central Station. The line-up so far consists of singer-songwriters, including: Stevie Lujan, Casual Fan, and Parisian.
