When they couldn't find a school that worked for their autistic son, Maverick, Maegan and Josh created Maverick Learning Center in 2022.  MLC is a specialized school for children with autism serving first through eighth grades located in Virginia Beach.  Enrollment is open for the 2025-2026 school year with a goal to help 26 students.
