Retail Vendors Participation
Thank you for your interest in vending at Classic City Soul Food & Music Fest, hosted by the Athens Anti‑Discrimination Movement (AADM).

Setup begins 9:30am-11:30pm. Festivities begin 12pm on Washington Street, near the Costa Building.

Spots are first come, first serve. Check-in at the AADM information table, choose an available spot, and begin setup.

This ticket reserves 10x10 space as a vendor with a tent. Must bring your own table, chair, and supplies needed.

Parking available at the College Square parking garage - fee may apply. If additional space is needed you must add $50 dollars to your final purchase and note what it's for.

ALL FOOD VENDORS must:
Complete and submit an Athens‑Clarke County Special Event

Food Vendor Application. $25 fee is required to be paid directly to ACCUG. This is included in your registration fee.

Use compostable or recyclable serviceware (plates, bowls, cups, utensils) in accordance with Athens‑Clarke County recycling/green event policies.
Follow all applicable food safety regulations from the local health department and Georgia state requirements. If necessary, provide documentation of permits and inspections.
Provide your own tent, tables, food prep equipment, generator and payment systems.
Keep your booth space neat, safe, and staffed during entire event hours.

⚠️ Important: Food vendors must abide by county rules concerning temporary food service at special events .
