The Boulanger Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a resolute commitment to providing SECOND CHANCES and DISMANTLING BARRIERS for individuals grappling with difficult circumstances both locally and internationally. Our core focus is on empowering reentrants into society after periods of incarceration as well as survivors of abuse, equipping them with the necessary resources to make a successful transition into independent and self-sustaining lives.
