Thank you for supporting the STATHS 78 & Friends Global Virtual 5K Run/Walk for the construction of the Medical, Counseling, and Intervention Center (MCIC) at St. Andrew Technical High School!

Whether you walk, run, roll, or hike—every step counts toward a stronger, healthier future for our students.

Please review each attachment for self-registration, team creation and/or to receive sponsors

📍 Step 1: Register to Participate

🔗 Register as an individual, join a team, or sponsor a student on GiveButter

📍 Step 2: Access Your Participant Resources

Once registered, don’t forget to complete the follow-up form and review key materials:

🔗 Participant Information Form (to be completed after registration)
🔗 Liability Waiver & Media Release (assumed upon registration)
🔗 Free 5K Tracking Apps

📲 Tracking & Submission:

You'll receive an email with a Tracking Guide showing how to use apps like Strava, MapMyRun, or Nike Run Club.

Once you've completed your 5K (any time from Oct 13 to Oct 19), submit:

A screenshot of your tracking app showing your time and distance
A photo or short video of yourself or your group during the event

Submit to:

👕 T-Shirt & Shipping Info:

Once the registration period is over, you will receive a second email to:

Confirm your T-shirt size
Choose a pickup location or pay for shipping

Participants registered by September 13 are guaranteed a commemorative T-shirt!

🏅 Recognition During Jamaica's National Heroes Day (Oct 20–22):

All verified participants will be recognized in our MCIC Heroes Celebration across social media and our website.
