In Memory of Samantha (Sam) Dodson McNeill

Sam was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer in September of 2022. She fought a hard fight through chemos, radiation, and a double mastectomy. Sam always maintained a positive attitude.  She continued to put others above herself right up til the end. Cancer did not define Sam, love did. She passed safely into the arms of Jesus on March 4, 2025. Sam loved her family and friends fiercely. Sam often spoke of how she hoped her battle would encourage others to get yearly mammograms. Sam longed to help others in her community struggling with breast cancer.  She asked that donations be made in lieu of flowers to "For 3 Sisters". 

All donations will stay in the Haymarket community in Sam's memory. The family thanks you for honoring Sam's wishes.
