MDO Forever

For more than four decades, MDO has been a place where children take their first steps into learning, friendship, and confidence. Generations of families have watched their children grow here—singing songs at circle time, discovering art and music, and building the foundations that carry them into elementary school and beyond.

Today, we are inviting our alumni community to help ensure that this special place continues serving children for many years to come.

The MDO Board is currently guiding the school through an organizational transition while implementing stronger financial oversight and long-term sustainability measures. Our classrooms remain active, our teachers continue their important work each day, and our focus is on protecting the future of the school.

To support this work, we are launching an alumni giving campaign to help stabilize operations while we strengthen systems and plan for the next chapter of MDO.
