This four-week series, we will explore different meditation modalities and techniques.

Each week includes simple explanation, guided practice, and time to discuss and ask questions.

 

This series is for:

• people brand new to meditation

• people who’ve tried and feel like “I can’t meditate”

• longtime practitioners who want to revisit the foundations

 

What we’ll explore

• Breathing practices

• Body awareness and grounding

• Noticing thoughts and what to do with them

• Quiet reflection and open awareness

• Bringing meditation into everyday life
