NAMI Central Iowa Membership Form: Our Members SHINE!

Membership to NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Central Iowa is open to individuals, providers and professionals who want to improve life for persons affected by mental illness. 

You have various ways you can provide support for our grassroots, non-profit organization. Your membership will support NAMI Central Iowa, NAMI Iowa and NAMI National. Any additional donation will stay local and support NAMI Central Iowa. 

NAMI Central Iowa provides support, education and advocacy to the following 14-counties in central Iowa: Story, Greene, Boone, Marshall, Hamilton, Hardin, Franklin, Jasper, Poweshiek, Madison, Warren, Wright, Hancock, and Webster.
