ZAHS Memberships

Support us by becoming a member of the Zumbrota Area Historical Society.  A 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our Mission:  Collect, preserve, and interpret knowledge about the history of the Zumbrota area and relate our history to the State of Minnesota. The membership (Term is January 1 through December 31).

What We Do: 

·       Collect, preserve, and store irreplaceable historic objects, photographs, & archives in an appropriate & safe environment.

·       Develop and share displays, exhibits, and enlightening programs for the enjoyment of the community. 

·       Assist in family history and historical research.

·       Honor the ideals and strengths of the Zumbrota area’s founding fathers by preserving their history. 

·       Provide a worthy means to honor loved ones through memorials and bequests. 

·       Seek grants to support special historical projects as well as maintenance needs. 

·       Communicate History Center news to members and to the public through newsletters, website, and social media.
