The Borscht Belt Museum is about nostalgia and preserving the legacy of the Catskills resort era, but we’re much more than chopped liver! We’re about refuge from prejudice and bigotry, mid-century modern design, the cradle of stand-up comedy, and a cultural catalyst that changed the US– food culture, leisure, community, and family. And it is about joy! Whatever connects you to this history, we are grateful for your passion and support.
