Applications are pouring in from an incredible lineup of artists and artisans, young entrepreneurs from the Dreamer’s Market, non-profits, gourmet food trucks, signature libations, and live music from local favorite Jaimie’s Gang! 

And here’s the best part—the Town of Warsaw and its businesses are all in! Their enthusiasm and support are taking this Festival to the next level, creating an unforgettable experience for the entire community.

Friday, May 10 | 6:00 PM at The Riverview Inn, 24 Hawthorn, Colonial Beach—perfectly timed with the 2nd Friday Art Walk!

Before the show, join us for an exclusive meet-and-greet reception with Stephen himself on May 9 at CoBe! Hear his powerful and inspiring story, get a sneak peek at his designs, and connect with a creative mind like no other.

DREAMER'S MARKET

We are thrilled to announce that we have added two venues to our schedule.  

This unique initiative is designed to inspire and support young entrepreneurs, providing them with a safe and encouraging environment to develop their business skills and showcase their talents.

Event Details:

• Montross Courthouse Lawn: Held on First Fridays
• Riverview Inn, Colonial Beach: Held on Fourth Fridays
• The Arts Center of Montross:  Held on First Saturdays (8:00 - ??)
• The Northern Neck Arts Festival, June 14 and 15

STAFFORD ARTS FESTIVAL

We anticipate announcing details for the 2026 event in the coming months. As before, the festival will be scheduled for the first weekend in October.

We have exciting news—the Northern Neck Artisan Trail is making a comeback, and we couldn't be more thrilled! With the full support and endorsement of the previous NNAT staff, we are reviving this dynamic network of artists, studios, galleries, and creative spaces throughout the Northern Neck.

The NNAT is is not sponsored by J-Art but we are an integral part of it's renewal.
