Samdu Needs a Sponsor!

Samdu is 8 years old and in urgent need of a sponsor. He is in 2nd grade and loves school. His favorite subjects are English and math. When he grows up, he wants to become a dentist!
Samdu's parents divorced and left him in the care of his elderly, disabled grandmother. They live in extreme poverty and his grandmother struggles to provide food and support his education.
Can you sponsor Samdu? When you sponsor a child in need, you can transform a life. Your sponsorship will provide Samdu with nutritious food, clothing, health care and education, bringing him hope for a better future.

Hope Village Enterprises
Hope Village is now a thriving community! It has been transformed from a field of brush to a vibrant community with clean water, health and dental facilities, vocational training programs and homes for orphaned and abandoned children. A key part of the Hope Village vision is to build small enterprises to provide support to the orphans and to raise funds to support Hope Village. Towards that goal, Hope Village now has:
- A poultry enterprise with 75 hens to provide nutrition for children and also raise funds by selling eggs.
- A beginning agricultural investment that includes 4 acres of maize, and plantings of banana and avocado trees. Future plans include creating a five-acre farm that will grow a variety of crops to both feed the children and sell in the local market.
- A beekeeping project with 50 beehives that will produce honey, wax and bee venom.
We are so thankful to the individual donors who have supported these efforts! If you would like to contribute, consider a donation to the Hope Village Development Fund.
