😎 ANNOUNCING THE CLA PLAYBOOK AND SUMMER BINGO CHALLENGE! 😎
As we wrap up another wonderful school year, we are thrilled to share a special new resource with you: the Shuang Wen School Playbook! Created by the Parent Association, this guide is designed to support your child’s Chinese language learning over the summer in fun, practical, and inspiring ways, no matter your family’s level of Chinese proficiency.
We know summer is a time to relax, explore, and recharge. That’s why we’re also excited to introduce our Summer Bingo Challenge! With three versions, Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced, each Bingo card invites students to take part in creative and engaging language experiences. Students can cross off each activity as they complete it, and once the card is full, a parent or guardian can sign it and return it in September for a prize.
A huge thank you to the parents and teachers who provided feedback and resources for the playbook!
🔹 MEET THE 2025-26 E-BOARD AND SCHOOL LEADERSHIP TEAM (SLT) 🔹
The PA executive board officers for 2025-26 are:
- Jessica Stowe, President
- Rayna Shlachter, Executive Vice-President
- Sam Moskowitz and Ada Robinson, Co-Treasurers
- Stephanie Chan, Secretary
- Tiffany Khan and Evan Lerner, Co-VPs for Communications
- Ollie Fielding and Amber Moriarty, Co-VPs for Events
- Maryann Salazar, VP, Volunteer Coordinator
- Grace Jung and Yijie "Kaia" Kang, Co-VPs for Dual Language
The SLT parent representatives are Ee Tay and Xiang Xu. They will serve 2-year terms.
The E-Board members will assume their new positions on July 1, 2025. Thank you to all parents who voted at the general meeting on June 18, and thank you to the outgoing E-Board and SLT reps for their service!

在這個美好的學年即將結束之際，我們非常高興與大家分享一項特別的新資源：《雙文學校學習手冊》！這本手冊由家長會精心製作，旨在以有趣、實用且富有啟發性的方式，在暑假期間支持您孩子的中文學習，無論您家庭的中文程度如何。
我們知道暑假是放鬆、探索和充電的時光。因此，我們也很高興推出暑期賓果挑戰！賓果卡分為三個版本：初級、中級和高級，每張卡片都包含創意又有趣的語言活動，讓學生能夠在玩樂中持續接觸中文，同時探索手冊中的豐富資源。
