TGA friends and supporters, for the fourth time in our 50-year history, we've been awarded top honors for our Sister City program! Sister Cities International presented us with this prestigious award at their 70th Anniversary Homecoming event in Washington D.C. Thank you to our Sister City chairs, board, host families, schools, community partners, sponsors, supporters, interns, and volunteers! We couldn't have done this without you, and we're proud to share this award with our Tulsa community!

At the annual Global Vision Awards Gala, Tulsa Global Alliance recognizes and honors outstanding organizations and individuals for significant and lasting contributions to citizen diplomacy, global understanding, international trade, or cooperative efforts to solve health, social or environmental challenges.

Dr. Robert H. Donaldson - Ray & Nancy Feldman Lifetime Achievement Award: Known for internationalizing the University of Tulsa, helping to establish Tulsa’s Sister City partnership with Zelenograd, Russia, and leading the Tulsa Committee on Foreign Relations for decades, Dr. Donaldson has made a lasting impact on Tulsa’s global community.
Tulsa Fire Department - Outstanding Organization Award: The Tulsa Fire Department has led pioneering professional exchanges with Tulsa’s Sister Cities for nearly 50 years, involving donations of fire trucks and exchanges of personnel and knowledge, building safer communities at home and abroad.
