The Methane Mitigation Council (MMC) is a new public-interest platform for methane mitigation solutions.

Our vision is a world in which methane solutions are fully deployed and we've bent the curve on rising global temperatures.

Our approach is to bring methane solution providers together from across sectors to make it easier for public, private and civil society organizations to understand what's available — and work through what’s blocking deployment.

How the MMC speeds up deployment

An independent platform for methane mitigation solutions makes it possible to do what individual organizations on their own cannot: identify deployment barriers, exchange knowledge and coordinate collective action - while increasing the public profile for methane as a climate solution.
