MFS Nevada was founded in 2020 and has been growing alongside our community ever since. We are dedicated to providing sensory-friendly, low-capacity events, programs, workshops, and support groups designed to be inclusive and accessible.

With a primary focus on supporting the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) community, MFS Nevada also connects families with valuable resources that encourage growth, learning, and community engagement.

Looking ahead, we aim to expand by offering scholarships for Milestone Family Solutions Care Programs and extending our respite services to support even more families.

At the heart of our mission, MFS Nevada strives to create a stronger, happier future for children and adults with diagnoses or disabilities—empowering them to thrive while fostering an inclusive and supportive community.

The Milestone House is an exciting future project that MFS Nevada is working to bring to life. It will be Nevada’s first practice site designed specifically for neurodivergent children, a safe and supportive home-like setting where they can learn, grow, and build independence.

This innovative space will provide opportunities for children to practice daily living skills, develop social connections, and gain confidence in an environment that mirrors real-life experiences. By offering a hands-on, sensory-friendly setting, The Milestone House will help prepare children for greater independence while providing families with hope, resources, and meaningful support.
