Founded in 2020, MFS Nevada has been growing alongside our community, providing sensory-friendly, low-capacity events, programs, workshops, and support groups designed to be inclusive and accessible.

With a primary focus on supporting the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) community, MFS Nevada connects families with valuable resources that encourage growth, learning, and community engagement. We also offer respite services and skill-building programs to help children and adults thrive.

Looking ahead, we aim to expand our impact by offering scholarships for Milestone Family Solutions childcare programs and extending respite services to support even more families.

The Milestone House is our exciting future project — Nevada’s first practice site designed specifically for neurodivergent children. This safe, home-like setting will allow children to:

Practice daily living skills in a supportive, real-life environment
Develop social connections and confidence
Gain independence while families receive meaningful support and resources
