Planned gifts to the Middleburg Legacy Society are received as unrestricted funds, empowering our leadership to direct your contribution where it is needed most, responding to emerging opportunities and sustaining our mission for years to come.

Please note that certain gift types, including real estate, private stock, art, and other non-cash assets, are subject to review and approval by the Board of Directors prior to acceptance. This process ensures that every gift can be received and stewarded in a manner consistent with our mission and organizational values. A member of our gift planning team will be happy to guide you through the review process and answer any questions along the way.
