The American Heart Association’s® Go Red for Women® (GRFW) movement serves as the national health thought leader for Miss America’s Scholarship Foundation Inc. (MASF).

For over a century, the American Heart Association has led the fight against heart disease and stroke, with a mission to create longer, healthier lives. Since 2004, Go Red for Women® has served as a trusted and relevant resource, offering women credible, equitable health solutions through every stage of life.

Miss America brand ambassadors at every level—local, state, and national—are empowered to join the mission. From CPR trainings to community service projects to grassroots fundraising, participants have raised thousands of dollars in support of women’s heart health. To make it even easier to get involved, Go Red for Women® and MASF offer fundraising tips, tools, and resources to help individuals and communities take action.
