Every year, national conferences bring together the people making decisions about public policy, youth development, entrepreneurship, education, housing, economic development, and community investment.

Unfortunately, many neighborhood voices never have a seat at those tables.

As Miss Frayser, I believe Memphis deserves to be represented.

This September, I have the opportunity to attend the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Annual Legislative Conference in Washington, D.C., where thousands of elected officials, nonprofit leaders, business executives, educators, and community advocates gather to discuss the future of our communities.

My mission isn't simply to attend.

My mission is to bring opportunities home.

During this conference, I will:

✔ Build partnerships

✔ Research funding opportunities

✔ Meet national leaders

✔ Highlight Memphis

✔ Connect local organizations with national resources

✔ Return with ideas that strengthen our community

Every supporter becomes part of this mission.
