Daughters of the Moon: 1st Moon Blessing Saturday, March 23 & Sunday, March 24, 2024- POSTPONED TO FALL 2024 (Sept/Oct 2024) 2- Day event 11:00 am to 4:00 pm each day Austin, Texas We are excited to welcome young girls between the ages of 10 to 15 along with their Mothers, to attend Daughters of the Moon: 1st Moon Blessing. In an effort to create a sacred space and rites of passage around nature's initiation into the journey of womanhood for young girls with the blossoming of their first Moon/period/menarche. Our intention is to provide education centered around a holistic approach to womb care, a space for sharing, honoring Mother and Daughter, creating a positive imprint around this subject as well as celebration within a community. Join us for a 2 day event filled with knowledge, her-story, self-awareness, laughter, art, dance, ceremony and celebration.
