RuralEdge and NEKCA are partnering on an important development project to expand emergency shelter capacity for individuals and families experiencing homelessness in the Northeast Kingdom.

This project will transform the former Moose Lodge into The Shelter at Moose River, expanding capacity to 40 beds, while renovations at Moose River Drive will create The Family Shelter at Moose River, providing shelter for up to five families.

Your support will help create warm, safe places where our unhoused neighbors can access shelter, hot showers, meals, and wraparound services that can help them take the next steps toward stable housing.
