With open hearts, we welcome you into this year’s Mother Earth Celebration. We are so grateful that you will be joining us for this special day of connection, music, movement, and honoring the Earth together.

As we prepare to gather, please take a moment to review the important details below to help the day flow smoothly and beautifully for all.

🌿 Arrival & Parking

This is a 100% car-free event on site
No vehicles are permitted at the venue

All guest parking is located at:
Manzanita School
1717 Old Topanga Canyon Rd, Topanga CA 90290

Shuttles will transport you to and from the event, running continuously from 11:30am to 8pm

✨ Important Reminder:
If you have not yet purchased a parking pass, please do so in advance.
There is no parking available at the venue or nearby, and you will be turned away if arriving without a parking pass.

Please do not walk into the property — arrival is via shuttle only.

We encourage you to arrive with spaciousness in your schedule to fully settle into the land and experience.

✨ If you arrive early, we’ve hidden butterfly wings across the property for you to find — think Easter egg hunt, but make it magic 🪄

🌸 The Land & What to Expect

We will be gathering on a wild, natural sanctuary.
Terrain is uneven, rustic, and mountainous

• Please stay on marked trails
• Poison oak is present (generally off main paths)
• Wildlife, including snakes, may be present
• Lounge areas will be cleared and safe

We recommend bringing something comfortable to sit on the earth

🧺 What to Bring

• Warm layers for later in the day
• Comfortable, earth-friendly clothing
• Reusable cup, plate/bowl, and utensils (low-waste event)
• Water bottle (free water provided)
• A blanket or seating
• A journal if you feel called
• A flashlight if staying later

👶 Safety & Children

While we have professional security on site, children must be supervised at all times
Please keep children on designated paths

🌮 Food & Refreshments

Local food and beverage vendors will be on-site offering food for purchase
Please bring cash, as cell service is limited

You are also welcome to bring your own picnic and non-alcoholic beverages

🐾 Animals on the Land

We love dogs and honor the deep companionship they bring

To support the safety of children, wildlife, and the land, this will be a no-dog event

Only trained service animals, as defined by ADA guidelines, are permitted

🌿 Participation & Presence

This is a participatory gathering
You are invited to be present, not just observe

• Some moments will include quiet reflection
• Please silence phones during performances
• Be mindful when taking photos or videos of others

🌎 Logistics & Comfort

• Bathrooms are compost toilets (instructions will be posted)
• Some areas are off-limits — please respect signage
• Cell service is limited in the canyon
• This is a smoke-free and alcohol-free gathering
• Please pack out what you bring in
