Moving Forward to Build Futures & Strengthen Communities

Incorporated in 2024, The Everfourward Foundation was founded by former NFL Player Derrick Fenner.  Derrick’s former experiences led him to want to help change the community with a focus on reentry, social justice and juvenile delinquency prevention.

The Mission: Strengthening communities by offering life skills, personal growth, mental health awareness, and workforce development, ensuring every young person has a second chance to thrive and contribute meaningfully.

The Vision: The Everfourward Foundation envisions thriving communities where marginalized youth and young adults are empowered through partnerships to overcome inequality, social injustice, poverty, and urban violence.

The Everfourward Foundation has programs targeting youth through age 17 and adults 18 and over.  Job training, mentoring, mental health services are components of the program.
