Winter Warming Gear 2023 For Unhoused

In the winter of 2020-2021, Lifeline Aid Group handed out in City and County of St Louis hundreds of ice-proof gloves, perhaps thousands of handwarmers, hundreds of Mylar emergency blankets, tarps, coats, gloves, scarves, hundreds of thermal socks and many, many blankets. In 2021-2022, we participated in working with other groups as well to accomplish this same goal, and even coordinated setting up a temp shelter at Bethel Church for 8 days during the worst of the storms.

The 2022-2023 winter season is once again a bitter one for the St Louis unhoused population. We are rising to the challenge once more, with many donation boxes for physical goods at a variety of businesses, and we even supported a temp shelter that ran for the month of December at 4145 Kennerly Ave. We've also passed out $1,000's worth of supplies already this season! A major shift in our work has been to focus not just on the regular supplies but to add tents, propane heaters and propane to our outreach. This form will enable you (we love you all!!!) to support us much more easily than ever before. Thank you all!!
