Charter Oak Health Center Partners with Hartford Yard Goats for Annual Toy Drive

Charter Oak Health Center is pleased to partner with the Hartford Yard Goats, our local Eastern League Baseball Team, to raise money to buy toys and winter gear for distribution during the Holidays for those in our Community who would otherwise go without.
