It's time to celebrate 5 years of Michigan Tribe! That's 5 years of community building, support giving, and intentional investing in women owned businesses... and we're giving back in a big way to celebrate! Michigan Tribe will be giving away more than $34,000 in micro-grants to women business owners at the anniversary party on October 11th at Lean Rocket Lab in downtown Jackson, Michigan! There will be food, beverages, and a DJ keeping the vibe right from 5:30-7pm. Food provided by Sylvia's Catering, beverages also available. Additionally, past micro-grant winners will be set up to share their business story from "then" to "now," and attendees will be entered to win prizes from featured businesses! This event is open to the MiTribe community, friends and family of the highlighted business owners, and the general public. You are encouraged to bring gifts to celebrate these businesses, but it is not required to attend. It's more important that you show up to learn about each business owner, sign up for their raffle/s, and learn how to become a customer of their business in the future! Michigan Tribe is a 501c3 nonprofit organization with a mission to provide events and micro-grants to women entrepreneurs and business owners so they can reach their full potential from Jackson, Michigan. You do not have to identify as she/her to attend the party.
